Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: We try to ship all orders priority mail within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 2 to 3 working days. Exception is if we ship via UPS then your order will take 7 to 10 working days.

Q: How can I order?

A: There are several ways to order:

• You may order through our 24 hour secure website.
• You may fax your order: 1-800-279-1995 (Please include your phone number incase we have any questions).
• You may phone your order in between the hours 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Mountain Standard time Monday throught Friday.
• You can mail your order to: Stitch N Craft Supply, P. O. Box 1704, Sun City, AZ 85372.

Q: Do you have a Catalog?

A: Yes, we do have a 62 page Catalog which we produce ourselves. We do charge $12.50 for a catalog.

Q: What if I don't see the product I am looking for or I need more information regarding a product?

A: Please email us at: questions@stitchncraftsupply.com we will answer as soon as possible. We do stock more items than we currently have listed on our website so it is possible we have what you are looking for or can special order it for you.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: You may pay through PayPal using your credit cards or an Echeck ( Echeck's will  take several days to clear.) You can mail a check or money order. Please Note we will hold your order 10 days for your check to clear the bank before we ship your order. If you would like to place a credit card order, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, please call our toll free number 1-800-279-1995.

Q: What if you are out of stock on an item?

A: We try not to back order any items, but sometimes it can not be helped. If we know an item is coming in soon we may hold your order. We will try to contact you if there is a delay so it is important we have your email address or day time phone number.

Q: What are your Shipping Charges?

A: Our Shipping Charges are listed under Store Polices.

Q: Do you ship outside the Continental United States?

A: Currently we are not set up to ship Internationally. Those who live in Alaska and Hawaii please email us and we will figure your additional shipping charges.

Q: I am coming to Phoenix and would like to visit your Store, where are you located?

A: We are strictly a mail order warehouse. As much as we would like to meet you our warehouse is not open to the public.
